Franco & Lia LombardiThe owner’s Franco and Lia are part of the breed of neo farmers who migrated from major cities in search of a slower-paced lifestyle where basic values of life are emphasised in everyday living. Franco with his son-in-law Matteo had taken on the role of producer of top-quality olive oil with great passion and MatteoThe family in Pornanino now conducts weekly seminars and tastings on the subject. Franco and Lia have carefully restored the main house and two stone built barns, Capannino and Leccino cottages, renovated to excellent standards and appointed with the same warm style as their own home, with antique furniture enhancing beamed ceilings and cotto floors.
