Swimming-pool
The swimming pool is exclusively for guests and the owners of the property. Should you wish to have occasional guests, we will need to be informed prior to guests arriving on the site.
The swimming pool is opening from mid-May to the end of September.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must always be under adult supervision.
Countryside setting
Avoid walking barefoot and wear good strong shoes when taking a walk through the countryside.
Stone walls, loose gravel, and steep road inclines can be dangerous.
Electricity and water
Please help us save the environment: try not to leave unnecessary lights on when you are out of the house.
Water is precious: avoid any unnecessary waste.
Privacy and noise
We live in a very quiet place and respect everyone’s privacy. Please make sure to avoid loud noise especially when at the pool.
Swimming and relaxing can be enjoyed while respecting the quiet of our place.
Telephone and interphone
At Pornanino we have a telephone switchboard and an interphone that connect all the accomodations.
All incoming calls for you will be switched to your cottage.

Description
Each cottage has central heating, telephone, satellite flat screen TV, microwave, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access.
Each accommodation has its own private terrace with tables and chairs for eating outside and garden with deckchairs.
A beautifully kept garden surrounds the houses.
The shared swimming pool (6 x 12 m) has a spacious solarium terrace furnished with deckchairs and umbrellas.
The swimming pool is open from mid May (depending on the weather) to the end of September.
There is an annex laundry area with washing machine for the use of the villa and cottage guests.
Basic info
The cottage is SMOKE-FREE, but smoking outside the house is accepted.
We love our cottages and everyone has told us that they are very lovely, so we appreciate it very much when our guests treat them with care.
Terms of use
- Arrival with daylight is requested between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.
- Departures by 10.00am on the departure day.
- The house is fully equipped with linens and utensils. No pets are allowed.
- Car necessary.
- Capannino and Leccino – in July and August we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year a minimum 4 night stay is required.
- Gelso – We only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday
