Gelso

Il Gelso is a large villa farmhouse dating back to the 16th century, lovingly renovated and furnished with family antiques.

This villa farmhouse is on various levels, and on the ground floor there is a very large fully equipped kitchen (with table seating 12) and an adjacent pantry room. One step up leads up to the dining room (also seating 12 people) with doors that open onto a very large covered terrace overlooking a beautiful valley and equipped for alfresco dining(seating up to 20). On this floor there is also a guest bathroom. Five steps lead up to the large double living room, and to the main entrance door.

There are then eight steps up to the first floor and the family/TV room, a spacious master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower, one double king (can be made into twin) bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Seven more steps to reach the upper double bedroom which shares the bathroom with the king/twin room.

The villa has its own central heating, telephone, Wi-Fi, Sat TV, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, DVD, safe and window screens.
